Drawing course

On Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings, Jacqueline van der Grijn teaches a drawing course at Oud Woelwijck farm. During the course we work with various materials such as pencil, charcoal, pen and pastel.

Both beginners and advanced students are welcome.

Learning to draw from a still life or photo is above all learning to look carefully. In this course, you learn how to turn what you see into a sketch or finished product.
You can choose the material you want to use: charcoal, (coloured) pencil, pastel, ink or water colour.
You will learn all about proportion, shape, light and dark, perspective, composition and use of materials.
