Cavé brewery
Brewery CAVÉ in a small-scale nano-brewery based in Voorschoten. Brewing beers is and should primarily remain a hobby, but secretly they hope that the Voorschoten, Leiden and surrounding area will be attached to their beers.
In July 2019, they presented Pareltje aan de Vliet, our first commercial beer. Meanwhile, there are already five beers on the market and a lot of experimentation going on in our nano-brewery, also called 'The CAVE'.
What they prefer is collaborations with local entrepreneurs, associations or organisations. For instance, they have developed the beers for Scouting group Leif Erikson and Kasteel Duivenvoorde foundation.
