Climbing park Het Klimeiland

Here you will climb over 6 routes, divided over 4 different heights. Start at 1 or 4 meters and continue your climbing route at a height of 7 and 11 meters! The climbing park consists of 50 climbing obstacles and 10 cable cars. As a final sprint, there is even a cable car over 100 meters long. Do you dare?

Climbing course
In the Climbing Course on the Climbing Island you can climb at a height of 1, 4, 7 and 11 meters. The higher you go, the more challenging the routes will become. After each route you return to the ground or in the climbing tower and you can choose whether you go to the next route, take a break or climb the same route again.

Safe
On the climbing course we use a continuous safety system, the 'expoglider', which ensures that climbers are never at heights without a safety device. From start to finish, the climbers are attached to the safety rope, without having to connect again and again. There is a special system on the cable cars that allows only one climber to descend over the cable at a time.

A minimum height of 1.40 meters for the participants is required for the climbing course.

Open:
- From April to the end of October every Wednesday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday.
- From June to September is also on Friday afternoon.
- During holidays and public holidays, the climbing park is open daily.

Climbing is possible outside the regular opening hours, based on reservation, e.g. for a class outing, company activity or school sports day.
The climbing activities can also be combined with other land and/or water sports activities.
