Coffee makers, kettles, lamps, toasters, vacuum cleaners, CD players, clothing, textiles, toys.... what's broken can possibly be fixed? At the Repair Café we help give your things a more durable life. This saves the environment and your wallet.
The location has tools and materials available to perform as many repairs as possible. For example clothing, furniture, electrical appliances, bicycles, crockery, utensils, toys, things made of wood, etc.etc.
Expert and technical volunteers are present, with repair knowledge and skills in many areas.
Visitors bring their broken things from home. In the Repair Café Voorschoten, with the help of these experts, they get to work themselves. Those who have nothing to repair, take a cup of coffee or tea and talk to some neighbors. Or get inspired at the reading table, where books about repairs and DIY are available for perusal.
Last Saturday of the month, from 10.00 to 15.00. (except August and December).
