Expositie Een nieuw jaar, een nieuw begin

Very varied work never before exhibited in Wassenaar by 15 versatile, professional artists, each of whom has used their own craftsmanship, outlook and imagination to make a new start in 2025. An exhibition well worth a visit.

Two new members: Patty van Hoften and Barbara Gelcich are participating for the first time. Barbara's oeuvre consists of figurative drawings and paintings, which are well worth seeing, Patty also makes ceramics and striking composite works, for which there is unfortunately no room in the mill, but of which you can experience a glimpse on her members' page on voorschotensekunstkring.nl.

The official opening will take place on Saturday 11 January at 4pm by Voorschoten freelance journalist Otti Thomas. Afterwards, members of the VKK and Kunstgroep Wassenaar (KGW), which operates the gallery, and Voorschoten and Wassenaar art lovers can wish each other a prosperous and creative 2025 while enjoying drinks and snacks. The exhibition can further be visited during the exhibition period on all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 2pm and 5pm.
